Chamber University Presents Two Exclusive Learning Opportunities: Customer Experience Essentials & Gauging Employee Satisfaction

Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce two enriching learning sessions designed to empower businesses and professionals in enhancing customer relations and fostering employee satisfaction as part of their Chamber University. These sessions, part of the Chamber's ongoing commitment to professional development, will feature esteemed speakers Michelle Briley with Commercial Bank of Texas and John Riley, SHRM-CP with UBank.

 

The first session, "Customer Experience Essentials," will take place on March 20th, with Michelle Briley leading the discussion.
