PHI Cares and the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce have partnered together
PHI Cares and the Lufkin/ Angelina County Chamber of Commerce have partnered together to bring an exclusive discount on PHI Cares air ambulance memberships to all Chamber Investors. This offer is not only available to you personally but also includes your employees.
Through the PHI Cares Employee Benefit Plan, employers may either purchase memberships for your employees at a reduced rate or facilitate a discounted PHI Cares Membership through a convenient Payroll Deduct. Our membership sales manager is available to help customize your plan to meet your unique business needs. PHI Cares covers all of the out-of-pocket expenses of an air ambulance flight when a member is flown by PHI Air Medical or one of our partners. PHI Cares is unique in the benefit marketplace because it also covers the uninsured, and, at no extra cost, it allows employees to cover members of their household who are not eligible to be added to their health insurance.
The benefits of the PHI Cares air ambulance membership program include:
• No out-of-pocket expenses for your PHI Air Medical or partner transports
• Your membership includes both scene calls and inter-facility hospital transfers
• Coverage extends to your household members (immediate family and up to 3 additional non-family household members who all share your address)
• Coverage extends everywhere we fly in 11 states, not just locally
• No financial coverage limitations
• No limit to the number of flights that will be covered by your membership
This exclusive group rate is $55 per year, per employee who enrolls, and it covers their entire household everywhere we fly in 11 states, not just locally.
The Chamber discounted rate may be locked in for 1, 3, or 5 years, when outside of a payroll deduction plan.
- 1 year: $55
- 3 years: $165
- 5 years: $275
