The Leader’s Table Launches as New 10-Week Leadership Series for Chamber Businesses and Community Leaders
The Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of The Leader’s Table, a new 10-week leadership series presented in partnership with MSG PR.
Designed specifically for business owners, nonprofit leaders, managers, and community-minded professionals, the series explores the realities of leadership in a community like ours, where leadership is often personal, relational, and deeply connected to reputation, trust, and long-term impact.
Each week, a new article will be released on LufkinTexas.org, offering practical leadership insights, reflection prompts, and thoughtful conversations centered around the challenges and opportunities leaders face every day.
“This series is about real leadership for real people doing meaningful work in East Texas,” said the Chamber. “Whether you lead a small business, a nonprofit organization, a growing team, or simply want to grow as a leader yourself, we believe these conversations will resonate with our community.”
Written by Lee Allen Miller of MSG PR and MSG Resources, The Leader’s Table focuses on leadership topics that move beyond trends and management buzzwords to address the character, clarity, and consistency that shape strong organizations over time.
Over the course of ten weeks, the series will cover:
- Leading yourself well
- Building healthy teams and cultures
- Hiring for character
- Navigating difficult conversations
- Customer relationships and trust
- Financial leadership
- Delegation and growth
- Resilience during difficult seasons
- Building a lasting legacy
The series begins with Week 1: Lead Yourself First, exploring the idea that every organization ultimately reflects the health, habits, and leadership of the person at the top.
In addition to weekly articles, the campaign will also include leadership reflection graphics, quote graphics, and social media discussions designed to encourage continued conversation throughout the community.
The Chamber hopes the series will serve as a valuable resource for local leaders while continuing to strengthen businesses, organizations, and relationships across Angelina County.
New articles will be released weekly beginning the week of May 25.
