At the heart of Leadership Lufkin lies a deep commitment to cultivating leadership skills and fostering meaningful relationships among participants. This mission aligns seamlessly with the overarching goal of the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce: to promote and develop business support and growth through advocacy, alliances, economic development partnership, and education.

Leadership Lufkin, as one of the Chamber’s flagship leadership programs, exemplifies this commitment to excellence. From day-long sessions delving into community issues to hands-on engagement in volunteer activities, participants are equipped with the tools and insights needed to lead effectively.
