REQUIREMENTS SELECTION
Nominations are confidential and will be reviewed by an appointed anonymous committee made up of business and professional persons in Angelina County. Selection will be based on the in-depth answers to all questions. Public recognition and presentation of the 2024 recipients will be made at the 4th Annual Chamber Business Awards.
RECOGNIZING BUSINESSES & INDIVIDUALS IN TEN CATEGORIES!
The Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce is recognizing and honoring a company in each of four separate business categories, and individuals in four healthcare categories. The 2024 recipients will be announced and presented a plaque at the 4th Annual Chamber Business Awards on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
BUSINESS CATEGORIES:
- Small Business of the Year (1-10 employees)
- Medium Business of the Year (11-50 employees)
- Large Business of the Year (51+ employees)
- Non-Profit of the Year
- Advocate for Opportunity
- Diversity in Business
SALUTE TO HEALTHCARE CATEGORIES:
- Nurse of the Year
- Individual of Merit
- Healthcare Professional of the Year
- Lifetime Achievement in Medicine
Diplomat of the Year and Chamber Champion will also be announced.
Nomination Deadline | 12 PM, Friday, October 11, 2024
- Open to any business located in Angelina County three (3) years or longer under the same ownership.
- Must be a current investor of the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce.
- Nominations may be submitted by any business or person in the community.
- Nominations must contain answers to questions on the nomination form.
- May not have been a previous Business Award winner.
