Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce Announces 106th Annual Chamber Banquet and Meeting
The Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to gather for its 106th Annual Chamber Banquet and Meeting, presented by Overseas Hardwoods Company, on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center.
For more than a century, the Chamber has served as a connector, champion, and convener for local businesses and community leaders. This annual banquet is an opportunity to reflect on shared progress, celebrate leadership, and look ahead to the year to come.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00 p.m., sponsored by The Lufkin Daily News, offering time to connect with fellow Investors, partners, and friends while enjoying a selection of beverages. Dinner, catered by Grandough Baking Company, will follow at 7:00 p.m.
This year’s program will highlight the accomplishments of the past year with remarks from Past Board Chair Taylor Haney and will set the vision for 2026 with Board Chair Chris Gaw, reinforcing the Chamber’s commitment to leadership, collaboration, and forward-focused growth.
The program will also include the presentation of two distinguished community honors. The Angelina Award recognizes an individual for lifetime achievement and lasting impact in Angelina County. The Golden Anvil Award honors a member or organization for outstanding service and dedication to the community. These awards reflect the spirit of volunteerism, leadership, and generosity that continues to strengthen our region.
